| 8:15 AM |  Parade of Champions down Bardy Rd to M3, led by local sponsors, fire companies & Warren Township Police |
| 8:30 AM | First Pitch Ceremony on Field M3 — speeches, surprises & more! |
| 9:00 AM–3:00 PM |  Games across fields M1–M6 — check TeamSnap for your team's time |
Food: Talking Blues BBQ, Rita's Ice & Dunkin' Donuts near the Snack Shack all day.
Photo Day: Individual & team photos at the Warren Muni Pavilion — schedule info out shortly!
Parking: Use lined spots near the fields, Elks Club lot, or library. If full, try PNC Bank or the old King's lot. Arrive early & carpool!
