We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2026 Spring Recreational Baseball & Softball season at Watchung Hills Baseball and Softball Association (WHBSA). This is a great opportunity for children aged 4-15 to develop new friendships, team spirit, and valuable sportsmanship skills while enjoying the thrill of playing baseball and softball.

League Information:
Our 2026 season is scheduled to run from early April to mid-June. Below are the expected game days for each division:

Baseball Divisions:
• Prek T-Ball (Pre-K): Thursdays @ 5 pm, Saturday mornings
• Kindergarten T-Ball (K): Thursdays @ 6 pm, Saturday afternoons (12 noon or 1 pm)
• Rookie (1st & 2nd Grade): Tuesdays @ 6 pm, Saturday afternoons (1 pm or 2 pm)
• AA Minors (2nd & 3rd Grade): Mondays or Wednesdays @ 6 pm, Fridays @ 6 pm
• AAA Minors (3rd & 4th Grade): Thursdays or Tuesdays @ 6 pm, Saturday mornings
• Majors (5th & 6th Grade): Mondays or Wednesdays, Fridays
• Seniors (7th to 9th Grade): TBD based on player turnout (Sandlot or Rec league)

Softball Divisions:
• Pigtails (K & 1st Grade): Fridays @ 6 pm, Saturdays @ 1 pm
• Minors (2nd & 3rd Grade): Mondays/Wednesdays @ 6 pm, Saturdays
• Majors (4th & 5th Grade): Tuesdays/Wednesdays @ 6 pm, Saturdays
• Seniors (6th to 8th Grade): Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 7:30 or 8 pm, Saturday afternoons

Important Notes:
• Placement on a team is guaranteed only for players registered by February 28th.
• Team formation for Minor leagues and above will be through drafts.
• Requests for player placement on specific teams or with specific coaches cannot be guaranteed.
• Requests for participation outside of the age level must be submitted in writing to the league commissioner at registration time.

Equipment:
All baseball players will receive a team shirt and hat, while softball players will receive a team shirt and socks. Please ensure players have the required equipment.
